As a DUG worker the job consists of 3 main tasks. Picking, staging and taking orders out to customers when they arrive. We must do these tasks in a fast and organized manner to keep up with the high demands this job has. We must pick the customers orders as if we were the customer, by picking the most excellent and well kept groceries. We then stage the order in a organized way to make taking the orders out as quickly as possible.

As a fulfillment employee, I go ahead and pick guests orders and use the time given to look for their items on the sales floor and in the backroom if need be, to insure that the guest receives their ordered item in perfect condition and needed quantity. We bag and put away the guests orders in their designated area for the drive up department to grab and hand the guests orders to them.

As a personal shopper, my main job is to quickly and accurately find and pick customers grocery orders from the sales floor. Other jobs the department has is staging, prepping and dispensing the customers orders. Staging is stacking the customers orders into one place until they have arrived to the store. Once arrived a prepping person will find all totes that are the customers and put them all together. Once completed a dispenser will take it out to the customer and load their groceries into their vehicle.
