- As a future team member of FedEx Ground, a few important details regarding pay details and benefits available to you are summarized below:
- FedEx Ground’s regular payday for package handler employees paid on an hourly basis is weekly on the Friday following the conclusion of the employee’s workweek
- The paycheck and paycheck stubs are available at your location
- FedEx Ground's work week for all employees consists of seven consecutive workdays beginning at midnight Saturday and concluding at midnight the next following Saturday
- Because of the nature of the business, the hours, and days of an employee’s workweek will vary according to location, package volume, and job duties
- Any changes to work schedules are announced as far in advance as possible
- Depending on the position, time of year, or schedule worked, employees may be eligible for surge and/or premium pay, or other bonus programs
- In locations where paid sick leave laws are required, seasonal package handlers will accrue sick time
- FedEx Ground employees may elect to receive payment of wages by direct deposit, check, or personalize payroll card (where permitted by applicable law)
