COO for Cash Discoveries, a company founded in 2015 by myself and Alberto Lopez, CEO. We operated in four states going after funds being held by governmental agencies; the amounts were overages from bids on tax sale foreclosures. We worked with a network of attorneys, public notaries, and closers to provide the best service possible for our claimants. We developed Cash Discoveries from the ground up by assembling software solutions for streamlining. The platforms that made up the structure were, Apptivo, 123.com, Advanced Hiring.com, Constant Contact and Ring Central. The investigative tools for Skip Tracing were Microbilt, TLO by transunion, and Been Verified. We outsourced to develop software tools for media marketing. The CSV files were exported to the tool allowing for the necessary templates to be auto populated and filled with claimants information for the farming of possible clients. The company dissolved in 2019 during the COVID crisis. Motherbox is my new project focusing on Drone technologies for precision farming. Finding solutions to improve processes is one of my passions.
