Gianina Farrugia, MSN FNP-BC

Chester,VT

Summary

Compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with 13 years of comprehensive experience providing acute care, wellness exams and chronic disease management throughout the life span to individuals within the underserved FQHC community that I grew up in.

I pride myself in treating the "whole human" during healthcare visits whether they come in for an acute illness or injury or are seeking more chronic care management due to lack of primary care services. I believe that healthcare should be provided to everyone and take every opportunity with a patient to educate, understand and help coordinate care in any way I can. My patient reviews and feedback strongly support that these efforts make an impact on the individuals I work with.
