DJEWSS is a licensed business operated by contract only to provide expert witness and optional armed/unarmed services.

Duties include and/not limited to:

• Gathered information, identified and implemented resolution, planned follow-up and logged and filed incident report to successfully manage complaints.
• Contacted law enforcement in case of unauthorized persons, documents and materials.
• Recorded observations and occurrences and interviewed witnesses to complete and submit incident report.
• Reviewed camera and system feeds and alerted proper respondents regarding discrepancies.
• Reported irregularities such as fire and safety hazards to maintenance.

Registrar Duties:

• Assist voters with the proper completion of voter registration applications.
• Assist Alaska residents in registering to vote for the first time, re-registering when their voter registration in Alaska has been cancelled, and updating their existing voter information.
• Use provided registration applications to register only individuals who are in your presence. Applications completed in your presence will be effective the date they are signed.
• Review any materials that are sent to you by the Division of Elections.
• Be responsible for submitting completed applications to the Division within five days of completion.

While residing in Transitional Housing, I served as acting Housing Manager for dates: Oct.29-30, Nov.12-13, and Dec.3-4

The House Manager:

• Helps maintain compliance with TR polices, rules, and regulations.
• Reports progress in the are of house and yard maintenance to TR staff.
• Attends all TR Housing meetings, neighborhood community council meetings, and encourages open discussions.
• Assists in maintaining good neighbor and community relations.
• Immediately reports any emergency or serious medical problem to the Homeless Veteran Services (HVS) Health Technician.
• Monitors resident passes and informs TR Program Manager of any return times and dates.
• Ensures that all doors and windows in common areas are properly secured and heat and all appliances and lights are off when the residents are away from the House through reminders and periodic checks.

• Monitored company inventory to keep stock levels and databases updated.

• Upheld confidentiality of information to avoid potential data breaches and client lawsuits.
• Adhered to company policies and government regulations regarding data oversight and confidentiality to promote overall information security.

• Managed logbooks and monitored building entrances and exits for overnight security presence for over 50 people.
