- Tazos App licensed by Spider-man far from home (LATAM) with a direct impact of sales and viral videos with Augmented Reality strategy with a 4% increase in sales.

- Implemented from zero to a 3 sub-business unit department to cover rising customer needs in the following areas: Technology Migration, Machine Safety & Networks.
- Planned, designed and recruited personnel to form a sub-business unit for Technology Migrations. This Business unit solved a problem where we had several customers with "small" to "medium" projects ( up to 250k) with specific needs for Automation Technology Upgrade, optimizing our cost offering as a service rather than an engineering project with the same efficiency and quality but better pricing and faster execution.
- Created organizational structure to have an agile proposal department, low cost and fast response.
- Maintained consistently opportunity pipeline by actively promoting our services throughout our sales force and distributors.
- Built a Machine Safety sub-business unity to cover the machine safety cycle, from Safety Assessments to implementation and certification of the machine or process. This business unit was highly specialized with TÜV Rheinland certified safety engineers, from recruiting to formation of the engineers and implementation of projects and Safety Assessments.
- Formed a team of specialized engineers to attend the needs on Automation Networks. This team was capable of executing the whole cycle, from the Network Assessment and Planning to execution and optimization.
- Networks team developed the expertise to install and configure Industrial Data Centers for our most specialized customers with high traffic and availability networks, including Ethernet, Devicenet and Controlnet mainly.
- Negotiated, and promoted and cascaded go-to-market strategies to increase our pipeline and business level.
- Achieved business goals year over year on each business unit, meeting and succeeding revenue and margin expectations.
- Responsible for business growth from $0 to $6 musd yearly sales in a small project that started with only myself and an intern, transforming it into a profitable Business Unit, bringing in around 80 projects per year.
