Replace motors, actuators, valves. Trouble shoot re heats, AHU’s, domestic and commercial refrigerators. Pneumatic systems, heat pumps etc.

• Daily inspections on chillers, boilers, pumps, chemical tanks, ERU’s, AHU’s
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, monitor equipment on computer to ensure no alarms go off.

• Began as a helper, worked my way up to become a level three lead technician/installer.
• Lead my team to successfully replace and install new equipment to residential homes & satisfying customer expectations.
• Installed furnaces, condensers, replaced duct work, ran new high voltage wire, ran new low voltage wire, minor plumbing work, worked with grey line while we ran wire at some times.
