  • As a team member for 724IT and its subsidiaries Smarter Solutions and AMA Networks, I provided technical assistance to computer users by troubleshooting and resolving a wide variety of hardware and software issues.
  • I Installed, configured, tested, and maintained operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • I performed my duties in both a call center environment as well as onsite.
  • I modified the original network at Sheet Metal JATC to add two wireless access points and four VLANS.
  • Several years later, I upgraded the network of Sheet Metal JATC and installed 75 lab computers when they added an additional computer classroom at their campus.
  • I led the replacement of over 100 computers at Considine & Considine, CPAs and was their primary IT technician contact. I was directly responsible for providing customer technical support for their staff of over 100 employees.
  • I assisted 724IT's clients with managing their Office 365 apps, QuickBooks apps, Active Directory, 3CX PBX phone system, and cybersecurity.
  • I was the team specialist for managing the Firewalls, 2FA, and IDPS for 724IT's 100+ clients
  • I configured, maintained, and troubleshooted SSL and IKEv2 VPNs for most of 724IT’s 100+ clients
  • I created several in depth articles for 724IT’s knowledge base, including how to program firewalls and how to configure an IKEv2 VPN to use 2FA
  • I helped manage the computers and networks for several hotels including Carlsbad By the Sea, and Four Points by Sheraton in San Diego.
