- My role as an Estimation Technician was to accurately and quickly Diagnose issues with Flexible Endoscopes coming back from medical facilities. This includes being able to handle biohazards, and reprocessing fluids as well as internal chemicals and lubricants. Inspection also required some disassembly and troubleshooting to accurately diagnose problems.
- As an integral member of the Warehouse team I was responsible for unpacking, entering pertinent complaints and hospital data from received scopes, using the Datasweep and JDE applications. This position also required bio-hazard handling of contaminated units received from customers.
- On the other side of the warehouse I was responsible for packaging, checking for order completion, and insuring addressing and special handling instructions for customer units with the major carriers.
