Confirm all individuals working on de-energized/locked out equipment are task specific Qualified based on the points below or an equivalent qualified electrical safety training.
· Gray Commissioning Teamshall notify the customer Construction Manager, customer Commissioning, customer CPI Project Manager (if applicable), third-party commissioning vendor, LLE vendor, and controls contractor of the scheduled equipment FOD inspection date(s).
· The FOD schedule shall include ALL individual pieces of equipment and what date they will be inspected. The FOD schedule will align with the Grays overall energization schedule ensured by the commissioning team.
· All OFCI/CFCI equipment and interior compartments shall be FOD’d.
· Complete the FOD checklist in QA/Cx Software. Must be signed and turned into QA/Cx software prior to energization.
· The FOD inspections shall be completed within 24 hours before the equipment is energized.
Energy Marshall Approves the Final FOD Completion and applies Tamper seal.
