· Complete the FOD checklist in QA/Cx Software. Must be signed and turned into QA/Cx software prior to energization.

· The FOD inspections shall be completed within 24 hours before the equipment is energized.

Energy Marshall Approves the Final FOD Completion and applies Tamper seal.
