  • As a license driver, my responsibilities were prepare all pallets that were done with political mail and get them ready to be shrink wrap and put in proper place in warehouse for delivery.
  • Insert pallet label with destination of each pallet and properly put in Straight Truck using electric pallet jack.
  • Drive daily to the USPS to weight every pallet using 8125 form, making sure this form is properly filled before delivering to NDC (Network Distribution Center) in Jacksonville FL.
  • Once getting to NDC take 8125 form to receiving then wait to be unloaded unless I was able to unload my own truck.

  • Consolidate the warehouse, moving product around the warehouse and making sure the oldest week go out first.
  • Unload box carts (Containers) with sit down forklift and stage every pallet by batch and material.
  • Any damage pallet will be restocked, shrink-wrapped and put away and stage in proper place.
  • Receiving and Shipping using the SAP system to create BOL, INVOICE or COA (Contract of Affreightment) required.
