Also, established our Leadership Circle in 2020 to support the team with challenges/impediments that are outside their influence.
• Create and manage ADO Dashboards using metrics and data to help teams determine improvements and progress of them.
• Facilitate Team and Technical Agility Assessments to gather feedback on our maturity and determine areas for improvement.
• Participate in the Portfolio Scrum of Scrums and PI Planning to provide awareness on the sprint and PI work including risks, issues, dependencies and capacity, along with providing a confidence vote on the PI plan.

• LCM: Over 1.5 years, coordinated with multiple teams to retire and decommission over 200 out of date servers, to reduce potential security/PPI gaps, and high extended support costs.
• Identify Theft project with the goal/business value of protecting members identity by implementing a vendor supported protection plans for free.
• Self-Service Online Payments project value delivered was to offer an online option for the individual marke payments.

Develop and maintain budget and resource planning, and project schedules. Responsible for planning and leading project teams to accomplish project scope for LCM and Web Development. Manage risk and issues, and escalate as necessary to meet project objectives. Maintain positive relationships with departments in and outside of IT.

• Facilitate activities where systems analysts, UI/UX designers, developers and QA are able to determine the best methods to achieve project objectives. Re-use existing technology where applicable.
• Consult with architects and technologist on best design and usage of systems.
• Develop the project plans with the teams using Excel or MS Project.
• Allocate and manage resources required to achieve project objectives.
• Organize and guide project operations through the use of systems development and project management methodologies accepted by the industry including Agile and Waterfall or a blend of the two.
• Use RTC to efficiently manage and complete projects.
• Evaluate and report progress in terms of quality and performance metrics common to IT.
• Work with business to coordinate testing (UAT), communications, training and support (Help Desk).

Successful track record providing accurate and timely system analysis and project management for a variety of web environments utilizing different technologies and infrastructures: Teensurance.com (Consumer), SafecoNOW – Safeco Agent Portal (Extranet), Surety, My.Safeco (Intranet) and AMIT (Agency Markets IT).

• Management of SafecoNow intake for maintenance and project requests using a variety of tools.
• Gather business requirements and document system requirements using Solution Requirements Specifications (SRS), product backlogs, wireframes, comps, redlines and use cases.
• Develop and manage project schedules, cost estimates, change control logs and status reports that typically include the efforts of project managers, system analyst, developers and QA within our team and/or other teams.
• Conduct status meetings to ensure all requests are on schedule and resolution of issues are being efficiently managed.
• Manage off-releases and standard monthly releases with business customers, developers and QA’s including urgent message postings as requested by the business or IT.
• Manage incident and change management processes and procedures to ensure the sites function as designed, with approximately less than 1% down time and minimal high impact defects.
• Manage vendor relationships with integrated applications to sustain our sites 24/7 along with coordinating monthly and bi-annual system upgrades.
• Provide bi-monthly SA metrics to assist upper management in discipline analysis.
