Hands-on assisting in three departments (general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics). Chairside assisted doctors with procedures, from fillings to root canals. I operated my own chair for temporary crown fabrication, whitening, sealants, and orthodontic adjustments, and bracket placement. Sanitation and disinfection is one of my main priorities while in the work place.

Lead assistant, as well as clinical manager. Assisted chairside with doctors while maintaining timely operations and overseeing all clinical staff members. Conducted OSHA training for each employee hired, and yearly for the office. Hands on trained all new hires in all procedures offered at the practice. Ordering and inventory.
