Connected guests to the zoo's commitment to the care, conservation and community by facilitating zoo chats and hands on learning experiences. Lead interpretive conversations and animal encounters and facilitated activities at mobile learning stations. Delivered programs at special events.

Assisted second, third and fourth grade students from underserved neighborhoods in a reading and writing program. Facilitated encounters between therapy dog and children as additional reinforcement to program. Worked at the board level on fundraising, hiring, programming and budgeting.

Performed Due Diligence on commercial real estate mortgages and construction loans for small business. Reviewed appraisals, title and surveys and prepared closing loan documents.
