I’m a hardworking person with a strong passion for healthcare management. Through my clinical rotations and internship in a hospital, I’ve gained hands-on experience and learned a lot about the day-to-day operations of healthcare settings. I’ve had the chance to build leadership skills, like effective communication and problem-solving, while working with healthcare teams and supporting patient care. Additionally, serving as Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta sorority gave me the opportunity to lead and collaborate with a diverse group of people, which taught me how to manage different personalities and work toward common goals. These experiences have really sparked my interest in the field and motivated me to keep learning more so I can contribute to improving healthcare systems in the future.
