  • Good Samaritan Health Clinic of Pasco, New Port Richey, FL, 06/2021, Volunteer Medical Scribe, Karen, Works with the Athena medical system to input patient histories of present illness, treatment plans, as well as ordering prescriptions. Medical scribe for Dr. Cliff Collin, and APRN Beth Moore. Reflection: Good Samaritan is a health clinic in Pasco for those without insurance, often the working poor and people not yet eligible for medicare. This experience has been one that has highlighted the difficulties, and creativity needed to address health concerns among those who are the most disenfranchised in the healthcare system.
