Provided evaluation and intervention for various forms of gross motor delays and physical disabilities for students in preschool through high school and day treatment settings. Some other duties included participation in referral, evaluation, re-evaluation, annual review, and separate program review conferences, regular collaboration with teachers, parent communication, writing evaluation reports, developing IEPs, and Medicaid billing.

Participated as a member of the Early Childhood Special Education Assessment team. Some duties included evaluating students for the need for educational physical therapy, participating in referral and programming conferences, working with other therapists and staff to ensure that students were referred and evaluated accurately and efficiently, developing IEPs, writing evaluation reports, communicating with parents, teachers, and other staff regularly, completing Medicaid billing, and demonstrating knowledge of the state regulations to ensure accuracy of paperwork and procedures.

Conducted evaluations and provided treatment for various injuries and illnesses that require physical rehabilitation in an acute setting.
