Amnesty Floor Monitor:

• Perform real-time troubleshooting of AR floor issues, including drive unit malfunctions and pod connectivity problems

• Execute emergency response protocols for critical floor situations, including drive unit shutdowns and pod stability issues

• Manage floor health through systematic sweeps, identifying and resolving potential obstacles and safety hazards

• Coordinate with RME team to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues

• Maintain detailed ANM logs and incident reports for tracking and process improvement

• Support new Amnesty team member training and floor safety orientations

Stow Operations:

• Consistently maintain 100% accuracy in inventory management

• Meet or exceed expected stow rates while maintaining quality standards

• Properly handle various product types according to standard operating procedures.

• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Waterspider Functions:

• Manage material flow for up to 15 stow stations simultaneously while maintaining zero station downtime

• Coordinate with Inbound, Problem Solve, and Stow teams to optimize workflow efficiency

• Execute strategic pallet placement and rotation to minimize walking paths and maximize productivity

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple work areas

• Support cross-functional teams during peak periods and high-volume situations

• Implement 5S organization standards in work areas to enhance safety and efficiency
