Giovanna Hirota Gaspar

With a great passion for the healthcare and helping people, she graduated in Biomedical Sciences in Curitiba, PR, Brazil and during her undergraduate years, due to her energetic profile, she participated greatly in activities beyond the classroom, such as research projects scientific activities, community interaction projects and activities with university classmates. After graduating, she entered the job market at one of the largest laboratory companies in Brazil where she could work in hospitals, alongside patients and learning about different areas of clinical analysis and quality control. After 3 years and being on the front line of COVID-2019, she was invited to join a company where she was getting closer to her goal of humanizing people's access to healthcare, where she could work with the medical and epidemiological teams in search of cheaper laboratory tests with high performance and quality.

• Extension-program project ''Be Healthy'' (''Ser Saudável'') - To provide information on health topics to the needy population - Dr. Samia Akel - 2014/2015 (60 hours);
• Responsible for part of the programming of the UP 2014 Professions Show;
• Class president in all years of the undergraduate course;
• Integral and founding part of the creation of the Hemotherapy and Blood Bank Interest Group at Positivo University (LHBS);
• Member of the Biomedicine Student Academic Directory (DABSES-UP) - 2015/2016;
• President of the Biomedicine Student Academic Directory (DABSES-UP) - 2016/2017;
• Research presentation at the Positivo University Research and Scientific Initiation Meeting (EPIC) event in 2015;

• Coordinator of the application site for public tests and acceptance tests at universities such as ENEM and ENCCEJA between the years 2014 and 2021 (around 20 applications);
