As a commercial dispatcher for CWD, my job required me to answer phone calls from the drivers or from customer service. Some of the calls were for customer concerns. For example, when they would get serviced or questions as to why they weren't serviced that day. My job also required me to help dispatch stops to drivers that would be working in that area.
This job was a jewelry manufacturing warehouse. My job was to ensure product quality and to ensure that the tumbling machines were at full capacity. The tumblers jobs were to sand down the jewelry as it was freshly drilled raw metal which have sharp edges. I also anodized the jewelry. Anodizing jewelry is when there's a current of electricity touching water, you dip the jewelry in to water and there is a chemical reaction to the point where it changes color depending on the currents number.
