In Account Services, I was creating letters for customers that stated how much it is to payoff their car, a zero balance letter to let the customer know they owe nothing, and many more. I also dealt with moving money around to payoff their balances on their loan, adding extensions to their loans if possible.

Working at CVS taught me well to manage my time, and be able to have experience in customer service. I got trained in settling any customer disputes in a professional and pleasant manner. I also worked to ensure a positive and hassle-free customer experience. I took on extra shifts based on the needs of the store.
