• Create, modify and apply teaching material to differentiate instruction. .
• Explain concepts in both native and non-native languages encouraging students to perform in Spanish about 80% of the instructional time.
• Keep students, parents and administration of daily objectives, agenda and activities using Schoology.
• Utilize data, observation, formative and summative assessments to inform instructional decisions and personalize learning.
• Create or adapt rubrics to assess performance in projects, TPR's activities, simulations, audio drills, writing, reading and viewing authentic material in Spanish.
• Offer to students different options on what and how to be assessed in specific outcomes and how to maintain open communication with me about the ongoing project or task( text, schoology, zoom).
• Promoted global citizenship by introducing students to various Hispanic cultures, customs, and traditions through engaging lesson content.

*Replaced two Spanish teachers during the second semester of the academic year. St. Elizabeth High school closed at the end of the same year after one hundred years.

* Managed and taught five different levels of Spanish:1,2,3, AP Language and AP Literature.

* Created, developed and maintained the Spanish program in the school. Covered levels 1 and 2 for English native speakers and levels 1 and 2 for Spanish speakers.

* Supported students in developing academic excellence and citizenship through multiple activities performed in the National Honor Society.

*Enriched students experiences with field trips to San Agustin, fashion shows in Spanish, attending to local Spanish restaurants, teaching and presenting multicultural dances performed by students in front authentic audience and others.
