  • End-to-End Continuity Testing: Worked with regulators and consultants (EY) to arrive at a framework for a technology and business end-to-end disaster recovery testing plan.

  • Managed the replatform of ORIoN from Oracle forms to WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), which focused on providing specifications and testing. This effort lasted two years.
  • Reporting Website Replatform: Moved from Actuate to Crystal Reporting for North America, APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Online Management Reporting: Devised online workflow reporting for Analytics, Client Service Management and Operations to better manage their deadline driven deliverables.
  • Worked with technology to gather requirements for straight through funds processing and deal onboarding using both Pega and IBM/Lombardi BPM tools.

  • Responsible for migrating RTI (Ready to Implement) from JPMorgan to Bank of New York after the asset swap. RTI is an end to end process used for Deal processing by front office and KYC review and approval by both Front office, Middle office and Back office.
  • Created a workflow application for use by command center to handle Lehman Bros. trades during the financial crisis – worked with business to create an intuitive solution in under 24 hours that required no training which drew praise from Trust division senior management and compliance head for which I received the prestigious Above & Beyond award.
  • Designed and developed intranet bank compliance policy site, which garnered special recognition from division managing director for its ease of use and simplicity of content management.

  • Managed Technology Support Team for Corporate Trust in New York – on and offshore tech team of over 16 developers supporting applications that ran the gamut of WebSphere, Oracle, Actuate, Lotus Notes and Sybase technologies.
  • Developed RTI (Ready to Implement). RTI is a system used to process deals by the JPM Trust front office with capabilities to review KYC and approvals by all stakeholder in different parts of the Bank. The system also enabled the storage of deal documents.
  • Offshore/Onshore Knowledge Transfer Project: Managed project that transferred technology support of all Corporate Trust applications to a combination of onshore/offshore (in Pune, India) resources. The project encompassed some 90 on/off shore personnel and 28 applications.
  • Technology Budget: Responsible for working with application and support managers to arrive at our annual technology budget.
  • SOX Reporting: Responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley reporting for Corporate Trust Technology, working with external auditors (PWC) to successfully complete quarterly audits. Instituted changes in internal practices that allowed the division to fully SOX compliant.
