As the maintenance coordinator I was tasked with performing all the preventative maintenance.

I completed all work tasks in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company's policies and practices.

I did both commercial and residential construction remodeling within this time period; I worked for the company and also did contractual work for home owners, my scope included but was not limited to:

• Bathroom rooms remodel
• Kitchen
• Decks
• Indoor and outdoor plumbing

Maintained expense tracking and receipts for the various projects under my purview.

Used and followed the proper handling of all tools and equipments for the job.

As an employee of this company my scope of duties involved carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and any other duties that pertain to the delivery of a completion of job.
