In my current role I have taken a junior team and led them to first place results for the past several years. I have taught them to own their area and look for hot spots that need to be addressed as well as equipment failures needed to be taken care of while were down. I go over issues we have with the machine with my operators in order to increase their trouble shooting abilities. My team and I work together to efficiently and safely complete brand and grade changes. I address cull waste which has led us to being first place in waste.
