- Provide armed security and law enforcement functions across a high-security federal installation protecting aircraft, weapons systems, classified materials, and sensitive infrastructure.
- Control access to restricted areas, vetting personnel, contractors, and vehicles; enforce DoD and installation security procedures.
- Lead emergency response efforts to critical incidents including active shooters, bomb threats, civil disturbances, medical emergencies, and hazardous spills.
- Collaborate with federal and state agencies including the U.S. Military, local law enforcement for VIP protection details, including Governor security escorts.
- Patrol installation perimeter and internal zones, monitoring for threats, unauthorized access, or security breaches; enforce law and order in compliance with UCMJ and federal regulations.
- Detain and process individuals engaged in suspicious or illegal activity; conduct searches and seizures following jurisdictional guidelines.
- Operate and monitor advanced security systems including intrusion detection, barrier systems, surveillance equipment, and two-way radio communications.
- Dispatch law enforcement, fire, and medical units in emergency scenarios; process 911 calls and monitor NCIC/VLETS databases for warrants and suspect identification.

- Completed an 80-hour internship with NEKCA. During this rewarding internship, I assisted the State’s Attorney’s office by making recommendations for the restorative justice program.
