In my interactions with the drivers, I also relay delivery information to my receiving team. If there are any charges associated with the labor work required from my receiving team, I communicate these charges to the truck drivers. Additionally, if there are any issues or updates regarding the unloading status, I inform the customer via email.

I was responsible for disseminating information regarding available job positions. Additionally, I assisted applicants who were not proficient in English by translating relevant information into Spanish. I also managed payroll and invoicing tasks. Furthermore, I communicated with employers regarding any employees who were absent from work or newly hired. In the event of any accidents, I facilitated claims for our employees.
