I accurately performed routine medical procedures, such as monitoring blood pressure and other vital signs. I assisted and intervened verbally and non-verbally with patients who were at risk of self-harm or harm to others. I responded to emergency calls, including staff support and hospital protocols, while assisting patients with daily living activities. My responsibilities also included maintaining the cleanliness of common areas by wiping down and sanitizing hi-touch surfaces. I conducted room sweeps and security checks to identify and remove any prohibited contraband within the unit. I monitored patient visits to ensure safety and completed daily charting on patient behavior, including social interactions with peers and staff. Any concerns were promptly documented and reported to the charge nurse.

Executed Personnel duties for 5years such as, hiring candidates for various positions. Maintaining confidential files, and facilitating Orientation and Training sessions.
