As the Enterprise Data TPM at Okta, I drive strategic data initiatives and help mature Okta’s data-first culture by delivering proactive, actionable insights to leaders across the organization. I lead high-impact programs focused on product telemetry, usage analytics, measurability governance, SKU management, product health modeling, and advanced analytics supporting business, product, and engineering objectives. I manage multiple agile teams across platform and analytics domains and work closely with diverse stakeholders to align priorities and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Key Outcomes & Achievements:

• Enterprise Data VMT: Led the creation and rollout of Okta’s first enterprise-level data program framework to establish consistent practices for data-driven decision-making and a framework for advanced analytics.
• AI Proof-of-Concepts: Leading several AI proof-of-concepts leveraging Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, and dbt to enhance advanced analytics and predictive capabilities.
• Compliance Revenue Impact: Led the end-to-end compliance analytics motion, identifying and enabling ~$90M in upsell opportunities and recovery of lost revenue.
• Product Measurability: Resolved critical product measurability gaps, delivering insights that realized ~$30.7M in material business impact.
• New Product Launch Analytics: Designed and implemented new product launch measurability frameworks, enabling consistent tracking of usage, activation, and adoption metrics across all new product releases.
• Unified Insights Platform: Helped build and expand a unified insights platform, integrating federal and commercial analytics to serve diverse business needs.
• Agile Program Leadership: Manage multiple agile teams across platform engineering and analytics, driving iterative development, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of strategic data initiatives.
