• As an IT Project Manager, I led the successful installation of a new IT network and server room infrastructure for Crescent Petroleum's Baghdad office
• The project equipped the office that is a newly constructed villa of approximately 800 m2, required a comprehensive IT infrastructure setup with the necessary equipment to support 36 administrative and technical professionals.

• I successfully built IT network infrastructure for 9 drilling sites and 6 workover sites during Crescent Petroleum Company's second drilling campaign
• I joined the project on March 13, 2022, and contributed to its completion in October 2023
• I was officially signed out of the project on January 31, 2024

• As a Project Manager for a campus area network, I oversaw the management of over 500 Unifi AP, AP-L, and AC devices, 18 Cisco switches, 1 Cisco router, and 1 Windows 2012R server
• Through this experience, I successfully tackled numerous technical challenges, including spanning-tree issues, electrical problems within the server room rack, DHCP snooping issues, Unifi Access Point and controller problems, VLAN configurations, public IP addressing, static routing, and router-on-stick implementations

• As a Technical Support Engineer, I provided troubleshooting and maintenance services for Goran Net’s dedicated customers who utilized dedicated equipment and guaranteed bandwidth
• My responsibilities included: Providing remote support to on-site engineers and end-users during installations
• Ensuring the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of Goran Net's internal office networks
• Working with a diverse range of network devices, including 30% Cisco devices, 30% wireless devices, 20% Mikrotik devices, 10% Huawei devices, and 10% monitoring tools
