My name is Gordon Grant and I am asking for your support in maintaining a seat on the Palm Lake Estates Condominium Association Board . I have had a home in the community for 9 years and I am now a year round resident.
My experience on the board of Palm Lake Estates the past 4 years has included enhancing safety procedures, including camera installation, grounds and road issues/maintenance and securing appropriate insurance. Additionally I am an active member of our men’s club and an engaged participant in many of the varied activities within our community . As a dependable organized candidate, versed in problem-solving, I will work to continually improve our community.
