Same job description for being a bridgestone Senior technician, I designed a six-month technician development program to train aspiring technicians while also starting and managing the new night shift at Duval Ford. I am also the only employee of over 150 in the service department fully trained on every position including parts service. I run the technician development program, the service night shift, and handle client interactions when clients bring concerns to our attention.

Performed advanced electrical and powertrain related diagnostics and repairs. Also performed frequent interior repairs including but not limited to body harnesses, evaporators, heater cores, etc. Maintained a presentable working area for clients to see, trained apprentices, handled inventory.
