• Started out as a line worker packaging mozzarella. Keeping the place clean writing start time for new batches and there temps
• Eventually I became back up lead. Did hourly metal checks. Made sure the proper materials were available for the line. Did the paperwork work. Made sure all workers had there breaks . Kept the place clean. Kept the line running calling matinnence if needed for machines. Made sure the inventory for materials used in packing was up to date. Entered data in computer for temps and such. And made sure batches were being changed properly. Checking product dates are correct.
• Also I was back up warehouse. Putting the cheese away and keeping the palletizer running and making sure the numbers were correct. Involved paperwork
• Learned the lab tested the cheese to make sure it passed grande standards for packing.
• Transferred to ricotta pack a year ago. Driving the fork lift putting away the product. Making sure the inventory for supplies is full. Keeping place clean. Doing paperwork. Temp checks and metal checks. Entering data into computer. Keeping machines running, calling matinnence if needed fixing. Switching over batches making sure product codes are correct.
• I'm use to fast pace. In factory work you always have to keep one step ahead . There is a lot of multi taking. You might be working on one thing but you have to be aware of everything and ready to jump to another task to keep the line going.

• I did a little of everything my time there from feeding product onto line to boxing the product. Learned how to run line machines. Was back up lead keeping an eye on the floor making sure everything ran smoothly. Also learned quality checks. Checking the weights of the meat. And checking finished product was properly packed.

Stalk shelves. Clean the store. And wait on customers.
