I earned my CPR when I was working in childcare back in 2023 when I was majoring at Motlow in Early Childhood Education. I was there for a little over a year and chose to switch my major into the medical field. In order to work in a daycare facility in the state of TN it is regulatory to have your CPR on premises in case of a medical emergency. Having my CPR license now helps in this field on the job in case something suddenly happens out of the blue and I'm professionally trained for that kind of cause. It's extremely helpful to be prepared for something like that to happen at any given time.
