- I am the CEO/owner of the Etsy small business known as glossylashesboutique.
- I Created this small business in the times when COVID was around and when we had the worldwide lockdown. I had loads of free-time and discovered that I had a passion for beauty related items.
- Some things I sold were handmade press on nails, lip glosses, lashes, etc.
- Used social media to help promote my products. For example, TikTok, Instagram, etc. TikTok was my main social media app I used to help bring more customers to my shop. This was the key marketing strategy for me to have a successful small business.
- My shop has been opened for around 2+ years and I have made over 2000+ sales, helped with giving my parents another source of income, and made me grow as a person knowledge, and communication wise.
- This small business has assisted me in learning how to put together realistic budgets based on costs and fees, how to make a profit, and just overall communication skill and how to properly handle issues with customers.
