Perform regular maintenance on all center equipment, ensure cleanliness throughout the center, and provide excellent customer service and process donors and plasma in a safe, timely, and professional manner in all three areas of our center.

• Phlebotomy: perform venipuncture, collect whole blood samples, document all steps taken during donations for quality and donor safety purposes, educate new donors on Biolife Plasma donation procedure, and handle adverse reactions.
• Medical History: perform vitals check, follow guidelines that insure donors are safe to donate, direct donor flow, create new donor profiles and edit current donor profiles.
• Sample Prep: process plasma units to be quality tested, process whole blood samples, and prepare plasma sample and units for shipment.

• Built displays and hung signage for products.
• Blocked merchandise in freezers and coolers.
• Marked down and retagged products for special promotions.

• Attended to customer needs, responding to questions, complaints and escalations.
• Monitored staff training, scheduling and shift changes.
• Understood and implemented safety and emergency procedures.
• Collect and document all cash from tills at the end of the night.
• Allocate placement and tasks for staff.
