In my time with Center for Social Dynamics I was responsible for the following tasks.

• provide behavioral therapy to clients with autism.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to keep a safe environment during high-stress situations
• work with my team to create individualized behavior intervention plans and come up with specific ways to implement this plan.
• promote positive behaviors by reinforcing desired actions and effectively addressing challenging issues
• take and enter accurate data

In my time at Wendy's I was responsible for the following tasks.

• efficiently take food orders and payments.
• assemble food orders correctly and quickly while maintaining the quality of food
• prep food for the day (cut up vegetables, assemble salads etc.)
• keep workspace, kitchen area and dining room clean
• restocking supplies
• correctly follow food safety standards
• inventory management
• help resolve customer issues
• maintain positive work environment by encouraging and supporting crew members
• training new employees
• lead and guide my team by assigning positions, breaks and supporting any issue they may encounter.
