- Directed and supervised the administration, occupancy, and termination of all permanent party housing, including accompanied and unaccompanied personnel for small to medium installation programs with a moderately complex housing assignment.
- Managed the off-base housing referral program through locally-established policies and procedures and liaison with civil authorities and property owners/managers.
- Directed and controlled funding for Accompanied and Unaccompanied Housing budgets.
- Represented the organization in installation-level meetings and/or at various conferences and meetings with local officials and other federal, state, or legal organizations concerning current housing programs, practices, and trends.
- Performed and participated in periodic or unscheduled studies, surveys, reviews, audits, inquiries, and inspections; evaluates results; and recommends necessary actions for needed improvements.
- Directed work through subordinate supervisors. Maintained an effective and efficient furnishings management operation in accordance with agency housing procedures.
