To start off the day working for Popeyes I would prepp the drive thru station to make sure I am ready to take order for the day I would prep the side like mash potatoes Mac and cheese and gravy. I would also prep the station for drive thru with cups and straws for the the customers. After that is all done I would take orders in the drive thur and have my other coworker make the orders and hand it to me so I can make the drinks if they have some. Before I would give them the food I would collect the payment. If it was for door dash or any other place where it was paid for I would ask for the receipt before giving the food to the dasher. After my shift I would clean up my station and clock out.
