Arriving at 5:15 a.m. to prepare breakfast for hotel guests. This includes 6 different hot foods and various pastries, as well as juices and coffee. Maintaining the breakfast buffet from 6:30 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. and interacting with guests to ensure a welcoming, positive experience. Cleaning up and prepping for the next day.

Worked a variety of hours from 7:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.. Prepared salads, desserts, dinner rolls, breads and homemade dressings. During the dinner hour, kept the buffet fully stocked for guests of up to 600 people as they went through the buffet lines.

Ensured compliance with state regulations by documenting routine safety checks accurately before the park opened. Worked closely with coworkers to ensure safe operation of the ride so guests could have en enjoyable experience. Cleaned queue lines and delivered pre-ride spiels to guests, setting clear expectations and enhancing their overall experience.
