Train staff in new hire and new skills positions following work instructions on how to perform new tasks.

Performs drive lead activities when scheduled which include, drive approval, QC approval, donor flow, meal/breaks for staff. Perform registration, physical exam, health history, phlebotomy and shipping units.

Performs close of day activities including

• Performs venipunctures
• Obtains samples for laboratory testing
• Registers donors, performs physical evaluation and health history
• Monitors donor throughout procedure
• Processes and ships product

• Performed tasks in allotted time with minimal defects
