Compassionate and dedicated professional pursuing a career as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), with hands-on experience supporting children and a strong passion for helping individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. My personal experience supporting my 17 year old sister, who has level 3 autism and significant behavioral challenges, has given me a meaningful understanding of patience, consistency, communication, and individualized care.
I have worked with children through church ministry since the age of 10, developing strong skills in communication, leadership, supervision, and building trusting relationships with children and families. In my current position as an assistant teacher at a private learning center, I continue to gain valuable experience working with children in an educational environment and supporting their individual learning needs.
I am eager to build on these experiences through formal RBT training and professional development. I bring empathy, patience, reliability, a willingness to learn, and a genuine commitment to helping children develop skills, gain independence, and reach their full potential.
