• Guided students through Mountain Lake Academy’s structured Therapeutic Phase System, encouraging personal accountability, self awareness/reflection and emotional growth to prepare them for transitioning back into their home communities

• Planned and managed daily residential operations and provided direct trauma informed care for an all male student population experiencing complex behavioral, emotional, social, and academic difficulties

• I have been invited to serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Education Sector as an English Language Teacher in the Dominican Republic, working with children specifically in grades 4-8.
