Throughout my educational career, I have demonstrated the ability to build positive relationships with teachers, students, families, and community stakeholders while maintaining high expectations for academic achievement and school culture. I am data-driven and use student performance information to support instructional decision-making, identify areas of need, and develop targeted plans for continuous improvement.
My strengths include effective communication, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to lead with both empathy and accountability. I understand the importance of supporting teachers through coaching, collaboration, and professional learning opportunities that promote high-quality instruction and student engagement.
