My short-term goal is to gain as much real work experience as possible within the industry while finishing my remaining courses with honors. My long-term goal after graduating from Chico State is to begin working full-time and apply the skills and knowledge that I have attained to be a competent, driven, and versatile employee.

- Assisted in 4 large-scale Heavy Civil projects all varying in scope.
- Managed day-to-day tasks for these projects including subcontractor coordination, cost vs budget analysis, 9-day production schedules, 3-week look aheads, weekly quantities, daily costs, construction scheduling, Pre-pave / Pre-con planning meetings, USA marking, and staking requests.
- Communicated with up to 10 different subcontractors, vendors, City employees, and 3rd party utility personnel a day
