- Driving and increasing performance in fourteen primary automotive dealerships through several methods: Demonstrating the F&I process, managing pay plans and incentive payouts, and conducting F&I training sessions monthly.
- Onboarding new F&I managers as they get promoted from within their respective stores. This includes but is not limited to: reviewing the F&I process, product training, compliance training, and mentorship.
