We run and operate ESports tournaments with prize pools ranging from $5,000 - $1,000,000. We have partnered with NBA 2K to host the largest NBA 2K24 tournament this year with over 16,000 participants competing for a prize pool of $1,000,000. I was responsible for overseeing every match and ensuring its smooth operation. Day to day, the platform allows players to wager money against each other in a handful of popular video games. I run and operate our online support system and assist customers with any technical issues. I also directly report to the COO/CFO and assist with marketing and event planning activities.

I was responsible for finding media content to send to our sponsors and Macros' Instagram page. I wrote and uploaded quality posts for the client's various social media pages that helped improve overall traffic. I identified trends through assessment of competitor activities. I pitched in to help with different marketing assignments and projects in an effort to identify new leads. I learned about building and maintaining an online brand and interacting with consumers.

I assisted the marketing director in gathering influencer information. I researched and contacted famous Instagram, YouTube, and Tik-Tok influencers as well as athletes about promoting our product. I conducted a competitor analysis. I shipped gift orders of underwear to specific High School sports teams as well as major sporting events that our clients would be attending. I was able to facilitate and review endorsement deals with professional athletes as branding partners. I gathered information about popular events where PSD could have a large presence. I also acted as the CEO's assistant and would help him organize his schedule, make sure he was sticking to his daily objectives, and would perform any day to day task he would request.
