This job includes loading equipment, completing and posting treatment notifications, assisting other crew members with equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment. I was responsible for maitnence and landscaping on the Blue Water Aquatics Property. I also assisted in office tasks, such as preparing mailings and or filing documents.

Customer Service:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.

Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos.
• Grind coffee beans, measure coffee grounds, and use espresso machines.
• Froth and steam milk to create various textures for different drinks.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages.

Cash Handling and Point of Sale (POS):

• Operate cash registers and handle customer payments.
• Accurately process transactions and provide change.
• Utilize POS systems to input orders and track sales.

Team Collaboration:

• Work effectively with other team members and communicate well with colleagues.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for orders that include food items.
• Assist in training new employees, if necessary.

Flexibility:

• Be adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
