  • Supported the National Coordination and Dispatcher center
  • Supported and maintained the Work Force Management (WFM) tool that the Ericsson Field Technicians used to receive their daily jobs
  • Supported Salesforce the tool Ericsson uses for Cell tower construction and maintenance
  • Supported Salesforce database tool Sitetracker
  • Worked with KIRO AI to help automate processes
  • Worked with Field Managers to ensure the data in WFM was correct
  • Successfully was able to automate 56% of all work orders that come into WFM, resulting in the need for less headcount and being able to save the organization money
  • Project managed many projects that were related to WFM
  • Responsible for troubleshooting systems operational issues and coordinated resolution with various global teams
  • Ericsson system admin for SAMs the Sprint/TMO ticking system
  • Analyzed and revised existing system logic and documentation as necessary
