  • Worked to divest a product. Handled a smooth transfer of ownership through ring-fencing data from our system until the purchaser established their own systems and processes. Sent and deleted data. Managed support for the divested field team.
  • Inside Sales Sampling Updates - Created and maintained new Sample Request Forms for our Inside Sales team using Visualforce and Apex.
  • Converted the functionalities from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. Identified which functionalities to bring over, and which to utilize existing functionalities in the other system.
  • Facilitated on the fly reports for managers of various brands and teams. Maintained dashboards as requested. These reports answered compliance requirements, helped management to understand their data, and established trends in system functionality usage.
  • Worked with Field Training team to create Field Training Guides using Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft Word for the purpose of utilizing new software our team had created. As well as hosted training sessions and support hours for any new functionalities deployed to the field.
